Bread improvers
"SOMAR" offers a wide range of bread improvers and mixes which includes basic bread improvers for bread and rolls production, as well as specialist additives used in bakery and confectionery.
We also offer mixes for special bread production, e.g.:

We also sell multigrain mixes for wholegrain bread production, as well as for topping and decorating baked goods.
Bread darkener
Bread darkener is obtained from delicately roasted wheat grains. It is excellent for replacing burnt sugar caramel or malt extract, and is used for contrasting the ingredients and darkening the crust.
Bread darkener has a form of powder therefore it is easy to use. It blends with dough easily and can be used for all kinds of bread.
Dosage: 0.1% - 3%/100 kg flour.
