Lecithin liquid is packaged in bucket or drums as suitable for storing this type of product. Weight 20 and 200 kg.
Lecithin liquid should be stored in airtight packaging and secured against moisture and light, in a dry, clean and cool place. Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production.
Lecithin liquid is produced from genetically nonmodified raw materials and is being obtained from the grain of the rape planted on areas of Poland.
The product is meeting requirements of the Regulation of the Health Secretary from day 12 of October 2007 r. "in the matter of the specification and purity criteria of additives ", of implementing deciding commission directives in concerning additives.
